COOKING TIME: 1Hr 15 Min

Serves: 6

 

INGREDIENTS:

1.  2 tablespoons oil

 

2.  1 small onion, chopped

 

3.  2 cloves garlic, minced

 

4.  2 tomatoes chopped

 

5.  ½ cup green peas

 

6.  2 potatoes cooked and diced

 

7.  2 cans of tuna Van Ecuador

 

8.  Salt and pepper to taste

 

9.  ¼ cup of chopped olives

 

10.  6 disc for empanadas

 

11.  1 egg, beaten to glaze

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oil in a pan add the onion and garlic.

 

After 5 minutes, add the remaining ingredients until the liquid evaporates.

 

Place 2 table spoons of filling on each disc, fold in half and press with a fork.

 

Garnishing with egg.

 

Cook in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
