4 cups cooked tricolor noodles

 

2 cans of Ecuador Van tuna, drained

 

1 medium chopped onion

 

1 table spoon chopped parsley

 

1/3 cup olives

 

1 cup mayonnaise

 

½ cup red and green peppers,

 

chopped Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTION:

In a bowl place all ingredients,

Mix well,

 

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
