DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 ° F

 

Prepare rice to taste.

 

Stir rice, tuna

 

Parsley and crushed red pepper ½.

 

Fill the peppers to taste.

 

Couple cheese with bread crumbs

and spread on top.
